Nova Bright Energy is a licensed energy supplier offering electricity and natural gas supply to residential and commercial customers in Virginia, Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Washington DC, Massachusetts, and Illinois. We are not your utility company—we manage the energy supply portion of your service; your utility handles delivery, metering, and emergency response.

2. Variable Rate Structure

Our energy plans are provided on a month-to-month variable rate basis. This means the rate you pay for energy may change from month to month based on market conditions, regulatory changes, and supply costs.

3. No Long-Term Contracts

You are not locked into a fixed-term contract. You may cancel service at any time without penalty by contacting us.

4. Billing

You will continue to receive a single bill from your utility, which includes Nova Bright Energy as your energy supplier. Rates, usage, and supply charges will be clearly itemized.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time with no early termination fee. Cancellation requests should be made at least 5 business days before your next meter read date to ensure timely processing.

6. Privacy

We collect and use your information solely for account management and communication purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
